Students move at their own pace and are coached, assessed, and graded in their setting by a local mentor, ministry coach and an RMC faculty facilitator.

RMC’s Realize program is an accredited competency-based educational model offering certificates, diplomas and Bachelor of Arts degrees in leadership and human services. Realize students are immersed in a ministry/work setting and demonstrate proficiency in a set of predetermined competencies. When a student accomplishes those competencies, they are eligible to graduate.
