Programs

RMC delivers its learning in several ways. Pathways is our Distributed Learning Model, delivering courses online for anyone, anywhere, anytime. Realize is our Competency Based Theological Education Model, that develops students in their ministry setting with a mentor, coach, and academic advisor who evaluate and guide the student through to program completion. Live in-person courses are offered in conjunction with our partnerships and RMC students can choose to participate in them.

Leadership Development

Enrich your life and develop your ministry calling. These programs are designed to develop you as a ministry leader. You can apply a one-year program toward any of the other Leadership programs and ladder your way to completing a 4-year Bachelor of Arts degree.
