RMC’s Student Outcomes focus on four measurable indicators that may lead to a student’s success having competed a degree. These outcomes represent a combination of knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors.
FOUR OUTCOME MEASURES
- Graduation Rate - The percentage of students who enrolled for the first-time in post secondary institution, were full-time and degree- or certificate- seeking who subsequently graduate from a program at RMC within 150% of the “normal” time required.
- Employment Rate – Percentage of students graduating in a given year with a bachelor’s degree who report full- or part-time employment or who are pursing further education in the field of study they graduated in from RMC.
- Retention Rate - Percentage of Potential Returnees from 1st year students (those with less than 29 completed credits) in the Fall who take classes the next Fall.
- Impact Rate - Graduating Student Profile Intended Outcomes, Satisfaction Rates (6 Months and 2 Years)
