Jamie Hunka, a 2014 graduate of the 4 year degree in Pastoral Ministry, reflects back on his time at Rocky Mountain College. He chose to study at Rocky because of the influence of some key Christian mentors in his life who had also attended RMC.

"I loved my time at Rocky," says Jamie. "I loved the academic pursuits there, the Biblical teaching, and also the professors."

"To lead, you have to know yourself," says Jamie. "I appreciated the self-analysis tools and understandings I gained at Rocky. It has prepared me well for leadership and working well with people."

The self-awareness has helped Jamie specifically with in his church ministry.

Jamie hopes to continue his studies and do a masters degree, either in Biblical Studies, Church Leadership or Counseling. His degree from Rocky has provided him with a solid foundation for ministry, leadership, and future academic pursuits.

We want to share with you our excitement for a new way of learning at Rocky Mountain College.

Pathways is our new “distributed learning” model. It is taking our classroom courses out of the box, and down the road to where you are.

With our focus on discipleship, leadership and social care, Pathways now enables students, professionals, and life-long learners, to take advantage of our programs and courses no matter where they are.

Courses are available to Anyone. Anywhere. Anytime. Often times God speaks to us and we yearn for a richer life. But obstacles appear.

Pathways is about removing obstacles and allowing access to quality learning experiences. We foster changed lives both locally and globally.

It is our hope that we can show you a new pathway to learning, ministry and a richer, more meaningful life. Thank you for exploring RMC’s Pathways program.
